With a Diamond dragon in your possession, you can breed Quetzal dragon. Without a Diamond dragon, can you breed Quetzal dragon? Yes, with lots of luck to go with it.
To Breed Quetzal Dragon, you need to use:
= Diamond dragon and Forest dragon or
= Hybrid parent dragons with 5 colour elements, containing 2 green elements
The side effect to this Diamond dragon with Forest dragon breeding is the 30-second long Forest dragon egg hatch, which you can easily dispose of.

I successfully bred a Quetzal dragon today. I used Diamond dragon with Forest dragon as parents to breed Quetzal dragon.
I've lost count of the number of attempts to successfully breed Quetzal dragon. I estimate it took about five hours in total to successfully breed Quetzal dragon. This was done over several days at a leisurely pace.
I shall post the photographs of Quetzal dragon egg and baby Quetzal dragon soon.
