I just discovered Spin The Wheel recently on ths iOS platform of Dragon Story.
Not everyone gets Spin The Wheel on their game. Who gets? Who doesn't? I don't know.

The most important item I find on Spin The Wheel is that it offers you a way to get the Clockwork dragon. The Clockwork dragon cannot be bred in the usual Dragon Story dragon breeding way.
Spin The Wheel also allows you a chance to win other prizes:
1000 gold bars
lotus blossom
apples
coins
mystic map
You get 1 chance per 22 hours on Spin The Wheel for free. If you want to try within the time limit, you pay 10 gold bars.
Spin The Wheel expires in a limited time.
